The water filling line is for PET bottles; the water bottle packing machine at the end is a PE film shrink wrapper or, for export, a carton packer. We also supply lines for glass bottles, sachets, pouches, cups and cartons, and the full water bottle plant machine set including water treatment.

01What is the smallest complete water line?
Around 1,000–2,500 bottles per hour with the XGF8-8-3 monoblock, a 2-cavity blow molder and a semi-automatic shrink wrapper.
02What water treatment capacity does the line need?
Size the treatment above the filler’s water use, allowing for rinse water and CIP. A 20,000 L/h RO water treatment line supplies about 40,000 bottles of 500 ml per hour at full use.
03Which water packing machine goes at the end of the line?
For water in PET the PE film shrink wrapper is standard; cartons are used for glass or long-distance shipping. Both are sized to the filler output.
04How long does a line take to build?
Lead time depends on the line and current orders; it is confirmed in the quotation.
05Do you install the line?
