How it works

Neck handling
Bottles move from the air conveyor straight to the infeed star wheel; changing bottles needs only star wheels and guides.
Rinsing
304/316 stainless steel rinse heads with spray nozzles that use less water.
Filling
Bottles are lifted to the filling valves on guided clamps and lowered again when full; valves close automatically.
Control
PLC control with key electrical components from international brands.
