As a counter pressure beer bottle filler, the BCGF series keeps the CO₂ in the beer. Mechanical filling valves fill only when a bottle is present, and a burst bottle triggers valve shut-off and an automatic rinse. The same glass bottle beer bottling machine is used in lines for carbonated drinks and wine.

How it works
Inside the beer filling machine for glass bottles
Counter-pressure filling
The beer bottle filling machine pressurises the bottle to tank pressure before the valve opens, so beer fills without foaming and keeps its carbonation.
Burst-bottle protection
If a bottle bursts during filling, the valve closes and the station is rinsed automatically before the next bottle.
Crown capping
Crown caps are applied in the same monoblock right after filling; the catalogue also lists screw cap and large metal cap sealers.
Beer bottling line
Bottle washer, filler, cold-glue labeler, coder, carton packer and palletizer sized to the same output.

01Can I fill beer in cans?
Yes. The CGJ-50, DGC-12/16 and YLG-40 linear lines fill and seam beer cans isobarically at 1,500–3,500 cans per hour.
02Which caps can the machine apply?
Crown caps on glass bottles. The catalogue also lists plastic screw cap, large metal cap and irregular cap sealing machines.
03Can the BCGF be used as a wine bottling machine?
