Bottle range
This PET bottle filling machine takes round or square PET bottles, Φ50–115 mm, 160–320 mm high. Change parts are made to your bottle and cap samples.

Hanging-neck transfer
Bottles are carried by the neck, so a bottle change needs only star wheels and guides, not a conveyor rebuild.

Gravity filling
Mechanical valves fill still water at room temperature with a constant level and no product contact with outside air.

Built-in rinsing
No separate bottle rinsing machine: the rinsing turret inverts, sprays and drains each bottle, so one water bottle filling and capping machine does all three steps. Rinse heads are 304/316 stainless steel.

PLC control
PLC and touch screen in a separate control cabinet, with key electrical components from international brands.

01How much does a water filling machine cost?
The water filling machine price depends on the output, bottle size, level of automation and what else is in the line (water treatment, blow molding, labeling, packing). A small automatic water filling machine for 2,000 bottles per hour costs far less than a 24,000 bottles per hour line. Send your output, bottle size and site details and we will quote the configuration.
02Which model do I need for 500 ml bottles?
Divide your daily target by the hours you run. For example 48,000 bottles in an 8-hour shift is 6,000 bottles per hour, which fits the XGF18-18-6 (4,000–8,000 bottles/h).
03Can one machine fill 330 ml, 500 ml and 1.5 L bottles?
Yes, within Φ50–115 mm diameter and 160–320 mm height, using a set of change parts per bottle. Rated output is quoted on 500 ml; larger bottles run slower.
04Is this a mineral water filling machine as well as a pure water machine?
Yes. The XGF gravity filler handles still water of any kind: purified (RO) water, mineral water and spring water. The treatment system before it decides the water type.
05Do you supply the water treatment and bottle blowing too?
Yes. We supply complete water bottling machines and lines: reverse-osmosis water treatment, PET blow molding, filling, labeling, coding, shrink wrapping and palletizing. A typical treatment plant is shown on the 20,000 L/h RO water treatment line page.
06Can the same machine fill 3–10 L bottles?
No. Large bottles use the CGF 3-in-1 machine or the XGF linear line, both shown below.
