In this soda bottling line the DCGF carbonated soft drink filling machine runs 2,000 to 24,000 bottles per hour, the QHS mixer carbonates the product before filling, and the shrink wrapper is the soda packing machine at the end of the soft drink bottling line.

01Does the line need a pasteurizer?
Only for products that need heat treatment after filling; most carbonated soft drinks with preservatives do not. The tunnel is optional in the layout.
