The same tea filling machine fills green tea, black tea, isotonic and energy drinks. For fruit juice with pulp (up to 15 mm) we build two-stage pulp and juice filling lines for glass bottles, and the juice bottling machine is sold with the cooling tunnel, labeler and juice packing machine around it.
Quick answerA juice filling machine hot-fills the drink so the bottle is sterilised by the product itself. How it works
Inside the juice filling machine for juice and tea
Hot filling
Product is held at hot-fill temperature by a temperature controller and fed through a balance tank; filling pressure 0.15–0.35 MPa with ±5% accuracy.
Bottle rinsing
Bottles are inverted and rinsed at 0.2–0.25 MPa before filling; changing bottle height only needs the conveyor chain adjusted.
Capping
PE screw caps or crown caps are applied while the product is still hot, so the cap is sterilised by the headspace.
Complete juice filling line
Juice processing, bottle unscrambler, hot filler, cooling tunnel, labeler, coder, shrink wrapper and palletizer from one supplier.

01What bottles can be hot-filled?
Heat-set PET bottles Φ50–110 mm and 160–320 mm high, or glass bottles. Standard PET bottles deform at hot-fill temperature.
02Can the machine fill juice with pulp?
Pulp up to 15 mm is filled on the pulp juice line, which doses pulp and juice separately into glass bottles.
03What comes after the filler?
A bottle cooling tunnel, date coder, shrink sleeve or hot-melt labeler, shrink wrapper and palletizer.
