Inside the machine
Three stations, one frame
Bottles are carried by the neck from the rinser to the filler and the capper without being set down.
Rinsing
Bottles are held by the neck and inverted for rinsing. Rinsing pressure is 0.2–0.25 MPa. Changing bottle height only needs the conveyor chain height adjusted.
Hot filling
Product is supplied at constant pressure through a balance tank and vacuum system. A temperature controller keeps the product at hot-fill temperature, and filling pressure is 0.15–0.35 MPa with ±5% accuracy.
Capping
PE screw caps or crown caps are applied in the same monoblock, so the bottle is closed while the product is still hot.
