Making bottles in-house with your own bottle making machine removes the cost of shipping empty bottles. We also supply PET preform and cap moulds and injection molding machines.
Quick answerA PET bottle blow molding machine heats preforms and blows them into bottles in the mould. Angel’s automatic AGL-A2 to AGL-A8 bottle blowing machines have 2–8 cavities for 1,800–8,000 bottles per hour; semi-automatic models blow 0.1 L bottles up to 25 L (5 gallon) barrels.

Inside the PET bottle blow molding machine
Two-step stretch blow molding
Preforms are heated by infrared lamps, stretched by a rod and blown with high-pressure air into the bottle mould.
Matched to the filler
Choose the number of cavities so bottle output matches the filling machine: AGL-A4 for about 4,000 BPH, AGL-A8 for about 8,000 BPH.
Large containers
Semi-automatic machines blow 3–10 L bottles and 10–25 L barrels for 5 gallon lines.
Moulds and preforms
PET preform moulds, cap moulds and injection molding machines are supplied with the blow molder.

01How many cavities do I need?
Match the blow molder to the filler: an AGL-A4 (3,200–4,000 bottles/h) feeds about a 4,000 bottles/h filler; an AGL-A8 (7,000–8,000 bottles/h) about 8,000.
02What compressed air is needed?
A high-pressure compressor at 3.0 MPa (1.4–8.0 m³/min by model), a low-pressure compressor at 1.0 MPa, an air tank, an air dryer and a water chiller.
