The same cooking oil filling machine handles sunflower, soybean, palm, olive, mustard and coconut oil: volume is changed digitally and each piston can be fine-tuned, so one oil bottle filling machine can run several bottle sizes.

Servo piston dosing
Each piston is driven by a servo, so the fill volume is set from the touch screen and repeated accurately for viscous oil.

No bottle, no fill
A sensor stops the filler when no bottle is present; a warning light and buzzer flag production errors.

3–10 L bottles
The CGF 3-in-1 machine rinses, gravity-fills and caps large oil bottles with adjustable magnetic capping torque.

Oil filling line
PET bottle blowing, filling, capping, labeling, coding and shrink wrapping or carton packing from one supplier.

01Which oils can the machine fill?
Edible oils of different viscosity, including sunflower, soybean, palm, olive, mustard and coconut oil. The piston and valve are chosen for the oil and bottle in the quotation.
