Inside the machine
Three stations, one frame
Bottles are carried by the neck from the rinser to the filler and the capper without being set down.
Rinsing
Neck-handling grippers invert each PET bottle for an internal rinse and drain before filling. Changing to another bottle size mainly means changing the star wheels and guide parts.
Isobaric filling
The bottle is pressurised with CO₂ to the tank pressure before the valve opens, so the drink fills without foaming and keeps its carbonation. Filling pressure is up to 0.4 MPa with liquid-level accuracy within ±5 mm.
Capping
Plastic screw caps or crown caps are applied straight after filling. A no-bottle, no-cap interlock stops cap feed when there is no bottle at the station.

The CO₂ level is set by the QHS mixer; the isobaric filler keeps it by pressurising the bottle to tank pressure (up to 0.4 MPa) before filling.
