Inside the machine
Three stations, one frame
Bottles are carried by the neck from the rinser to the filler and the capper without being set down.
Rinsing
Bottles enter by air conveyor and are gripped at the neck. The clamp turns each bottle upside down through 180° on a guide rail, rinses and drains it, then turns it upright again before the filling star wheel. A splash guard keeps rinse water inside the machine.
Gravity filling
The bottle is lifted by its neck to the filling valve, which opens on contact and closes automatically when the set level is reached. Mechanical valves fill still water at room temperature with no electronic flow meters to maintain.
Capping
Caps are sorted by the cap unscrambler, run down the cap chute and are picked and screwed on by magnetic-torque capping heads. The capper has a reject function so a mis-placed cap does not stop the line.

01What bottle sizes can the 15000-18000 BPH water filling machine handle?
The XGF series fills round or square PET bottles 50–115 mm in diameter and 160–320 mm high. Capacities are rated on 500 ml bottles; a larger bottle reduces output. We build change parts to your bottle and cap samples.
02Can it fill sparkling or hot drinks?
No. The XGF monoblock is a gravity filler for still drinks at room temperature such as pure water and mineral water. Carbonated drinks need the DCGF isobaric filler and juice or tea needs the RCGF hot filler.
03What utilities does it need?
Compressed air at 0.3–0.7 MPa and aseptic rinse water at 0.06–0.2 MPa. Installed power ranges from 3.0 kW (XGF8-8-3) to 10.2 kW (XGF50-50-12).
04What is the price of this water filling machine?
