Inside the machine
Three stations, one frame
Bottles are carried by the neck from the rinser to the filler and the capper without being set down.
Rinsing
Glass bottles are rinsed in a rotary rinser before filling. The centering guide uses double guide rods with a pre-covering function.
Filling
High-precision mechanical filling valves fill only when a bottle is present. An electronic probe controls the product level in the tank. If a bottle bursts during filling, the valve closes and the burst bottle is rinsed out automatically.
Crowning
Crown caps are applied right after filling. The machine has a self-lubricating system for all lubrication points and a frequency-controlled drive with a wide speed range.

01How much oxygen does the beer pick up?
The bottle is counter-pressured before filling and the valve opens only when a bottle is present, which keeps air out of the beer; exact figures depend on the product and are confirmed per project.
