A 5 gallon water filling machine built in stainless steel for corrosion resistance and easy cleaning, with inside and outside spray nozzles for the barrels; it also runs as a 20 litre water can filling machine for 20 L containers of the same neck. For more than 900 barrels per hour, the QGF-1200 gallon filling machine (12 heads) is rated 1,000–1,200 barrels per hour.

QGF-900 / QGF-1200
Quick answerThe QGF-900 is a 6-head barrel filling machine for 3 and 5 gallon barrels rated 800–900 barrels per hour. It washes, fills and caps in one stainless steel unit, uses 0.6 MPa air at 1.5 m³/min and 6.37 kW, and weighs 3,400 kg.
Inside the machine
Three stations, one frame
Bottles are carried by the neck from the rinser to the filler and the capper without being set down.
Decapping and outside brushing
Returned barrels are decapped automatically and their outside is brushed before they enter the main machine.
Washing, filling and capping
Inside the main machine each barrel is sprayed with several wash liquids and high-pressure water, then filled and capped. Caps are sprayed with water so they enter the capper clean.
Inspection and discharge
Capped barrels pass a light check and the cap shrinker, are counted and discharged to the bagger or palletizer.
