QGF-100 / QGF-300Quick answerA small 5 gallon water plant uses a single-head QGF gallon filling machine that washes, fills and caps 3 and 5 gallon barrels (Φ270 × 490 mm). In the 2026 catalogue the QGF-100 is rated 60–100 barrels per hour and the QGF-300 250–300 barrels per hour.
Inside the machine
Three stations, one frame
Bottles are carried by the neck from the rinser to the filler and the capper without being set down.
Decapping and outside brushing
Returned barrels are decapped automatically and their outside is brushed before they enter the main machine.
Washing, filling and capping
Inside the main machine each barrel is sprayed with several wash liquids and high-pressure water, then filled and capped. Caps are sprayed with water so they enter the capper clean.
Inspection and discharge
Capped barrels pass a light check and the cap shrinker, are counted and discharged to the bagger or palletizer.

01Does the machine wash returned barrels?
Yes. Washing, filling and capping are in one unit. The washer uses several wash liquids and a high-pressure spray; a decapper and outside brusher can be added in front.
02What air supply does a QGF-100 need?
0.4–0.6 MPa compressed air at about 0.37 m³/min. Motor power is 2.03 kW at 380 V / 50 Hz.
