QGF-300 / QGF-450 / QGF-600Quick answerFor 240–600 barrels per hour of 3 or 5 gallon water, Angel builds the QGF-300 (2 heads, 250–300 barrels/h), QGF-450 (3 heads, 400–450 barrels/h) and QGF-600 (4 heads, 600–800 barrels/h). Each barrel filling machine washes, fills and caps barrels automatically.
Inside the machine
Three stations, one frame
Bottles are carried by the neck from the rinser to the filler and the capper without being set down.
Decapping and outside brushing
Returned barrels are decapped automatically and their outside is brushed before they enter the main machine.
Washing, filling and capping
Inside the main machine each barrel is sprayed with several wash liquids and high-pressure water, then filled and capped. Caps are sprayed with water so they enter the capper clean.
Inspection and discharge
Capped barrels pass a light check and the cap shrinker, are counted and discharged to the bagger or palletizer.

01How much floor space does a QGF-450 line need?
It depends on whether the decapper, outside brusher and palletizer are in line. Send us your building plan and we will draw the layout.
02What utilities are needed?
The QGF-300 to QGF-600 need 0.4–0.6 MPa air (0.6–1.0 m³/min) and 3.35–5.57 kW motor power at 380 V / 50 Hz.
